Obituary
Mr. Vernon Blake, aged 95, of Point Fortin, Point Fortin, passed peacefully on the date above, surrounded by his loving family. Born and raised in Point Fortin, Vernon was a devoted member of Penal Church of God for over 29 years. He worked as a seamstress and was well known throughout the community for his generosity, quiet strength, and unwavering faith. He is survived by his children Trevor, Delroy, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends across Trinidad and Tobago and the diaspora. "Rest eternal grant unto them, O Lord."
Funeral arrangements
Funeral service for the late Vernon will be held at Plymouth Baptist Church, Point Fortin, Point Fortin at 10:00 AM.
Interment follows at the family plot.
The family kindly requests that mourners wear white or light colours.
No flowers by request — donations may be made to the Point Fortin Infirmary.
